The Leshavult

A colourful and varied collection of individuals, the Leshavult are worshippers of Tauber’s nature deity - Leshavit. They have always been on Tauber, but rarely involve themselves in the politics of the land, favouring their simpler ways of life connected to nature. Leshavit poses a real threat to Tauber and his Faithful are both fearful and hopeful that one day he may return to walk the land.

Though all agree on Leshavit’s power, within the Faithful’s ranks there are disagreements as to how he should be worshipped. The ‘Cult of Leshavit’ lean towards entropy, chaos, and death, embracing Leshavit’s destructive nature, and are bound to crush or convert all those who would oppose His will. Whereas the ‘Worshippers of Lesh’ believe in the need for balance and revere nature, they cling to the old ways, hoping to calm Leshavit with ritual and tradition.

Many fauns follow one of the Leshavult paths, although other folks are often among their ranks too. No one is turned away from the path to Leshavit. Able to control and summon beasts and spirits, the Leshavult are often a thorn in the side of Commonwealth and Dominion alike.

For New Players

Unlike Dominion and Commonwealth, there is less of a focus on specific races in Leshavult. Most troupes within the Faction tend to have more of a focus on synergies and combos. That being said there are some loose ‘sub-factions’ which Leshavult can be collected under and played as.

Firstly, the fauns and animals who zip around at impressive speeds, full of energy. In contrast to this, the spirits and cultists generally play a slower methodical game, relying on arcane deck manipulation and other esoteric abilities and combos. Irrespective of the sub-faction in question, Leshavult models are generally very flimsy and have excellent energy manipulation.

“For hours I fought the Teefolk beast, its wooden limbs whipping around me as I drove my lance into it again, and again! Sheer exhaustion threatened to unsaddle me and I prepared to meet my maker… Of course it was just a normal tree in the end, so Doug did his business on it and we moved along.”
